"We arrived early for a government appointment, so we stopped in for a late breakfast. Although it was our first visit here, Isabel was welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place to talk with a friend, this is not the place to go. Between 10 and 10:30, the place comes alive with regulars and normal high volume conversations."
